ZOII HL7-63 DC MCB: 250V-1000V DC Circuit Protection Solution

The ZOII HL7-63 DC MCB is a comprehensive circuit protection solution specifically designed for DC power infrastructure, covering a graded voltage range of 250V to 1000V for configurations of 1P, 2P, 3P, and 4P. The product has a rated current ranging from 6A to 63A, and defaults to C curve tripping (B/D curve options are also available upon request). It can seamlessly integrate with low-voltage auxiliary circuits and high-voltage power circuits.
Each pole number is precisely matched to a specific voltage level: 1P for 250V, 2P for 500V, 3P for 750V, 4P for 1000V, ensuring that each system level receives compliant and reliable protection. The product is equipped with an advanced magnetic blowout arc extinguishing system and a 6kA rated short-circuit breaking capacity, which can quickly suppress the DC arc and simultaneously clear faults of all pole numbers, eliminating residual voltage risks and preventing equipment damage.
